Looking for ab workouts that you can accomplish with only one machine? I am always happy to achieve more fitness without wasting time waiting for someone to finish on a machine or piece of equipment. This ab workout is not as easy as Emmy says it is, or makes it look. Be sure to breathe. Inhale on the easy part, and exhale as you exert. This is a very important part of all of your workout routines. Never hold your breath, which is a tendency lots of people have. I often remind myself to breathe, especially before I really get going.
