There are no added chemicals or harsh ingredients that can upset your delicate skin or harm your health! The lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid, gently exfoliates and removes dead skin cells. Hello beatify glowing skin! If you want to see your skin become softer and more hydrated, simply wash your face and then massage about 1 tablespoon of yogurt onto your skin. Leave it on for about 10 minutes. That gives you time to enjoy eating the rest of that tub of yogurt. Your body can enjoy the many health benefits of yogurt while your skin is nourished. Rinse with warm water. Your skin will be exfoliated and soothed at the same time. Your uneven tones and even fine lines and wrinkles will diminish over time. And not one harsh chemical was included!

DIY HONEY FACE MASK This is my personal favorite. Not only does yogurt help fight acne flare ups, but so does honey. When I am having a breakout, I take the yogurt and honey mixture, apply it to my trouble spots, and leave it on for about 30 minutes. The lactic acid plus the antibacterial properties really do help lesson my breakouts. Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey. For normal skin, leave on for about 10 minutes.

DIY ACNE FACE MASK For acne,  apply 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey and leave on for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. Your skin will become more clearer, and more radiant with each application. You can relax and enjoy your home spa treatment, knowing that you are using all natural ingredients on your skin. No more parabens for me!

DIY FACE MASK If you have those age spots, or other discolorations caused by the sun, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to 3 or 4 tablespoons of yogurt to make a clarifying mask. Leave the mixture on your skin for about 30 minutes, 3 times a week for best results.

Want to keep those fine lines and wrinkles away? Who doesn’t? Add 4 tablespoons of yogurt to 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply and leave on for 30 minutes 3 times a week to exfoliate your skin and shrink your pore size. Anti aging the natural way!
