In these days of essential oils, holistic medicine, natural skincare, fitness and nutrition, the conversation often turns to how to eat healthy. Eating clean has become a buzz word, and for good reason. It turns out that our grandparents were right! We are what we eat! What does that say about you? Maybe you are reading this because you are like me and want to do whatever it takes to feel your very best. Life is short, and I want to soak all of the joy I can out of it. Feeling sick and unhealthy because of eating junk foods is just not an option for me. My goal is to feel great up until my last day on this earth, whenever that may be. Maybe you are ready to take those first steps and begin change your diet and exercise habits so that you can begin to feel your very best too! Either way, we are all here for one another. Let’s cheer each other on as we live this gift of life we have received. We only get one body, so let’s take the time to feed it well.
